1) Providing cross-border advice to an executor in relation to testate estates involving global assets and trusts in multiple jurisdictions.
2) Advising beneficiaries on legal entitlement to inheritance under related intestate estates and ancillary matters attendant thereto.
3) Serving as local Counsel to the Executors and Trustees of a high-net-worth Estate and Trust comprising real property and corporate assets across multiple jurisdictions, including coordinating with Counsel in the Caribbean and North America on the administration and distribution of the Estate and Trust assets.
