1) Advising a lending institution on the legal implications of the appointment of a receiver, whether by court order or pursuant to the provisions of a security instrument.
2) Representing a Judicial Manager on a distribution plan for eligible policyholders, including court applications for approval of the distribution framework and e-communication orders; liaising with the Supervisor of Insurance; and advising on limited variation of a consent order.
