Her practice encompasses probate and estate administration, civil litigation, administrative law, employment and labour law, personal injury claims and general legal advisory services. In her Probate and Estates practice, Maurissa advises clients on the administration and settlement of estates and related succession matters, guiding individuals and families through what can often be complex, contentious and sensitive legal processes.
As part of the Firm’s litigation team, Maurissa assists in the conduct and management of civil proceedings and brings a careful, methodical approach to case preparation, legal research and advocacy.
