Leslie-Ann Seon

Leslie-ann Seon

Founder, Principal

Leslie-Ann Seon is the Founder and Principal of Seon & Associates and a senior legal practitioner with extensive experience spanning corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, real estate, employment law, insolvency and civil and commercial litigation.

Over the course of her career, Leslie-Ann has advised and represented a diverse portfolio of local, regional and international clients on complex and high-value matters, including financial institutions, statutory bodies, private and multinational companies, non-profit organizations and high-net-worth individuals. Her practice includes complex commercial and strategic matters involving legal, regulatory and financial considerations.

Her corporate and transactional practice encompasses corporate finance, equity and debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, major real estate and development transactions and cross-border commercial matters. She has an established record of working alongside regional and international law firms, financial institutions and other professional advisers on significant transactions and sophisticated commercial arrangements.

Leslie-Ann also brings considerable experience in civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution, including significant commercial disputes and substantial insolvency proceedings involving international creditors and multi-jurisdictional interests. This litigation background continues to inform her transactional and advisory practice, providing a practical perspective on the legal and commercial risks that can arise when transactions are challenged or circumstances change.

Her practice also extends to strategic legal and corporate governance advisory work. Drawing upon her experience as legal counsel and as a director of public and private sector entities, she brings particular insight to the legal, governance and strategic issues confronting boards and senior decision-makers in demanding and regulated environments.

Her approach combines sound legal analysis, commercial practicality and a clear understanding that effective legal advice must ultimately serve the wider objectives of the client.

Leslie-Ann is admitted to practice in Grenada, Barbados and the British Virgin Islands.
